By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Information

All products listed are genuine KOMACAT products sold by Capstone Enterprizes. While we try our best to provide accurate descriptions, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to photography or display settings.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.

  • Your payment information is processed securely; we do not store your payment credentials.

3. Order Fulfillment

  • Orders will be processed upon successful payment.

  • If an item is out of stock or unavailable after the order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped through Delhivery (Courier Services) across India.

  • Dispatch time is usually 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking details will be sent via email/SMS.

5. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
