We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every KOMACAT product. If you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • We do not accept returns for used products, washed apparel, or items damaged after delivery.

2. Return Process

  • Email us : capstone.enterprizes@gmail.com or connect with us on WhatsApp: +91 7816053040 with your Order ID and reason for return.
  • We will initiate a reverse pickup via Delhivery (Courier Service) where serviceable.
  • After inspecting the returned product, we will approve or reject the return.
  • If approved, refund or exchange will be initiated.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We offer size or product exchanges subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
